The architect Alessandro Camozzi specialises in architectural design for the renovation of existing buildings as well as their energy, investment and real estate requalification.
Alessandro established his main consultancy and architectural project development office in a small town called Canneto sull′Oglio, near Mantua, thereby consolidating his expertise in the field of architecture. The opening of a new branch office at Sirmione in 2019 has allowed him to be closer to his clients on the shores of Lake Garda.

Future sustainability, designed professionally and with complete integrity
Alessandro Camozzi′s approach to architectural design has been strongly influenced by the context in which he grew up. Coming from a family background of surveyors, building sites were to become a natural environment for him, as was his relationship with construction companies, facilitated by the skills acquired at an early age. During his studies, he was able to gain invaluable experience working alongside workers in the trade.
Alessandro holds great respect for both craftsmen and other skilled workers, believing that to carry out quality projects, a productive collaboration between the architect and the skilled tradesman is highly beneficial. Design is only the first step in a process in which the selection of suppliers and project supervision are equally fundamental elements for the successful completion of any of our projects.

Today, the firm offers consultancy and support for the purchase of real estate at auction, whether for primary residence or investment purposes, including a full analysis of any downsides and the current evaluation of the property.
The team specialises in preparing Valuation Reports for individual properties or real estate assets using IVS methodology to identify the most probable market or investment value. Additionally, building works and improvements that enhance profitability can be undertaken, based on the target market segment.
